Frequently Asked Questions Regarding Ticket Pucrchases.
What if I sent a duplicate order?
Most likely we will catch such an occurrence but the only way to make sure you don not get charged is to e-mail us at concerts@prestonwood.org within 24 hours and we will make sure you are not double charged.
What if I purchased tickets online and now do not want or need my tickets?
When you purchased your tickets the ticket policy was clearly explained that there are no exchanges or refunds for any reason. We realize that things come up but we cannot change this policy and suggest you sell or give your tickets to a friend.
How long will it take to get my tickets?
We try to fill our ticket orders within 24 hours, but since the post office and the mail system are highly unpredictable please be a bit patient and allow 5-7 business days for your tickets to arrive.
What if I still don't receive my tickets?
Please send your confirmation and an e-mail to concerts@prestonwood.org and we will track your tickets for you.
What if I receive my tickets but I receive too many or too few from what I purchased?
Please send your confirmation number and the problem to concerts@prestownood.org and someone will assist you.
